Rehearsal and Performance Schedule : GIANTS IN THE SKY

Our booking system will be loaded as soon as our seating plan is finalised. With the show happening in a large stretch tent, it is taking a little longer than usual as we have to devise a new seating plan.

All costume items will be provided but pupils may be asked to provide a few personal items such as jeans, tackies, white school shirts. We are working on this list of items and will post it in due course.

Make up details for the show will also be provided, as well as hair requirements. This will not be complicated! Many have offered to assist on the production. Heidi Brown, our Production Assistant will be in touch with you soon to arrange these teams.

Please note that this schedule is subject to change depending upon progress. Your children are working so well and we are incredibly proud of each and every single one of them! Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Monday 1 September 6 – 8 p.m. Team 2 Full Call with Grades R,1 & 2 leaving at 7 p.m.

Tuesday 2 September 6 – 8 p.m. Team 1 Full Call with Grades R, 1 & 2 leaving at 7 p.m.

Please note that this is the procedure during weekday rehearsals. Grades R – 2 will need to stay for the full duration of Saturday rehearsals unless stated otherwise.

Monday 29 September: OPENING NIGHT TEAM 1. Performance time 7 pm. Children need to be at the theatre at 6pm for costumes etc.. The show duration is ONE HOUR so show will be finished by 8 pm. * Same procedure for all performances … arrival one hour before performance time please.
