Giants in the Sky : Updates and Requests (For Cast and Parents of Cast Members)

We are well into rehearsals for the upcoming production and we are all having such fun! It has been an absolute joy to watch our children blossom throughout the rehearsal process and we look so forward to bring this production to the stage, albeit a rather unusual setting for us! We are excited about the experience, and everything is on track.

Just a reminder that the shows usually sell out and we end up with people battling to get seats close to opening night, so do not leave booking to the last minute.

We would like to bring underprivileged children to attend the production and extend the offer to anyone who would like to sponsor a ticket or tickets to do so, so. We would like to make these arrangements next week. These donations can be deposited into the Participation fee account you used when paying participation fees. Just a friendly reminder to settle these fees (R450) if not already paid.

We will be sending out a costume notice in the next day or so.

We are appealing for assistance with the following:

• transport to move chairs and large rostra from two different venues to Isithatha.

• two smaller tents to use as backstage props/quick change areas

• any type of canvas windbreak cloths to improve weather protection around the venue

• a generator contact or potential sponsorship?
