August Rehearsal Schedule

Rehearsal Schedule : Giants in the Sky.

VENUE:  Isithatha Theatre, 12, 9^th Avenue, Walmer.

*Please read carefully  

Saturday 9 August (as per previous schedule)

2.00 – 3.30  TEAM 1    Elders, Bert, Farley, Students, Student Ensemble, Hooligans, Hooligan Ensemble, Gamers, Gamer Ensemble, Junior Ensemble, Star Ensemble (To be clear :  we need all the pupils in Team 1 of the show.  This is the first column of the cast list)

3.30 – 5.00  TEAM 2    Elders, Bert, Farley, Students, Student Ensemble, Hooligans, Hooligan Ensemble, Gamers, Gamer Ensemble, Junior Ensemble, Star Ensemble. (To be clear :  we need all the pupis in Team 2 of the show.  The is the second column of the cast list)

Sunday 10 August

No Rehearsals

Monday 11 August

6.00 – 8.00 p.m  Team 1  FULL CALL (This means the whole cast.  The Grades 1 and 2 cast members may leave at 7.00 p.m.  Grade 3 onwards to stay for the full rehearsal please)

 This will be the procedure for weekday rehearsals until we state otherwise on the schedule.  Full call on Saturdays will involve the FULL CAST and all grades to attend the whole rehearsal.  It is only for weekdays where we want to get our younger cast members home early to bed

Tuesday 12 August

6.00 – 8.00 p.m.  Team 2 FULL CALL (This means the whole cast.  The Grades 1 and 2 cast members may leave at 7.00 p.m.  Grade 3 onwards to stay for the full rehearsal please)

• New schedule will be drawn up as soon as we work out our progress and know where we are at the end of August. It is difficult to plan at this stage.

We will be updating you with information re bookings, performance times, and t-shirt orders in the next few days.
