Back to school week!

We wish you all a very Happy New Year and may 2024 be kind to you.

We have sorted out the timetable, which you can download below or otherwise head down to the "Schedules and Forms" page on this website, where you will find all the information. You will notice that the studio groups are not categorised by grades anymore, but by ages. We hope that this will make your extramural scheduling a little easier.

We have added an extra Wednesday class to accommodate growing numbers, as well as three extra Clarendon classes. Please don't be too rigid about the age start or finish in each group e.g. if your child is currently 6 and turning 7 in a few months, they are welcome to start in the 7 - 9 age group. The same applies to the older end of an age group.

The studio opens on Monday 22 January. We look forward to welcoming you back, and to welcoming the new faces! The enrolment form can be downloaded and can also be found on the "Schedules and Forms" page.

We have lots of exciting news for 2024, but for now, let's just get started with our normal drama lessons and get all our classes up and running.

Please note that classes at Clarendon continue even when school extramural activities are cancelled for whatever reason, because drama is a private extramural.

Also, note that auditions for Moana Jnr (Clarendon pupils only) will take place on 26th and 27th January. Details will appear on the school D6. Drama will continue on Friday 26th, as a substitute teacher will fill in for me. Naturally, all learners who are involved in auditions will automatically be excused. They are also welcome to attend drama classes on the Thursday instead of the Friday to make up the lesson missed because of auditions.

We are happy to announce that there will be no fee increase this year. We do have a voluntary "fundraiser" to assist the children at Isithatha to take part in Performance Arts Examinations if you would like to help some disadvantaged children. See details on timetable.
